Default Liberty Bankers lowering Rates

June 30, 2010

Thank you for another fabulous production month in June, our best for 2010! Please note:
*Rate Changes. The Fed has acted to hold interest rates at historically low levels. Our rates, among the most competitive in the entire industry, will change effective Monday, July 12th. Our customary 45 day rate hold procedures will apply. Faxed applications received by July 9th will be accepted. Please refer to the attached notices for more information.

*Website Revisions. By now, most agents have visited our website, logged on to the secure Agent section and seen its fresh, updated look. There are several powerful new tools that could go undiscovered, so we are hosting a series of brief on-line training sessions to make users more aware of them. When you are contacted by one of our marketing specialists, please accept their invitation for you or your staff to preview the new tools. We look forward to sharing these few, important minutes with you.

*Expanded State Availability. We continue to expand our marketing presence. Most recently added were WY (LBL), MI (CLIC) and AL (CLIC).

*New Zealand. This is the final week of production that can qualify for our October 2010 incentive trip to New Zealand. We plan to extend invitations to qualifiers next week.

*Holiday Closing. In observance of Independence Day, our offices will be closed on Monday, July 5th.
